sharing meals

At the start of the semester I mentioned something in my aesthetics class about eating as an art, at least if you consider food to be something more than a necessity in order to survive. A related subject would be the hospitality and sociability related to meals, which a
newish book describes.

Of course, some people might just be like my mom who doesn't really like eating with other people because they distract her from the food.
